The  Danville High School Football team recently completed a Toys for Tots  drive at the school. The event culminated on Tuesday, December 14 at the  home basketball game against West Morgan. Players manned a table in the  lobby and took donations for the event. Prior to the basketball game  the players sought donations and made contributions of their own. The  DHS varsity cheerleaders also assisted in publicizing the event by  making signs to promote the event.  The event raised $371.00 and  collected over 150 toys which were dropped off at the Toys for Tots area  headquarters in Huntsville. Head Coach Scott Curd and the Hawks  appreciate everyone who supported the cause.
